TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This section deals with Ordering, Payment, Dispatch, Delivery and Shipping to UK Customers and was updated on 1 October 2023
1. ORDERING
- There is no minimum order requirement.
- All purchases are covered under the Consumer Contract Regulations, which gives the Buyer the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days after the item it received.
- Our website will not normally allow you to order items which are out of stock, however, if a situation arises where an items is subsequently found to be out of stock or fails to meet our quality standards, you will always be contacted and given the option to cancel, substitute or otherwise adjust the Order to suit you.
- Under the terms of Consumer Contract Regulations, the buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days. However, repeated hoax buyers (where items are ordered, paid for and then refunds are requested within a few hours of order), will not be tolerated. On the third occasion, a fee of £5 will be retained by Tribes and Vibes from the refund to compensate us for time spent on emails, administration and paperwork.
2. PAYMENT - GENERAL
- All Prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- All Payments are made in UK pounds Sterling (GBP).
- Conversion for payment is performed by the customer’s card holding company via PayPal or Stripe. An account is not required for either of them, and we do not see the Customer's Credit/Debit card details - these are encrypted for your safety online.
2a. PAYMENT: UK BUYERS
- Payment must be made online via one of our payment gateways: PayPal or Stripe. An account is not required with either of them, and we do not see the Customer's Credit/Debit card details.
- TRIBES AND VIBES will NOT accept personal cheques or Postal Orders.
- PAYPAL: The Buyer does not need to have a PayPal account, it will accept all major credit and debit cards. The Buyer inputs their credit card details into the PayPal system which has its own security systems guarding it. WE DO NOT SEE THE BUYERS’S CARD DETAILS. We are only provided with a Transaction record number, and the same number is provided to the Buyer as a record of the purchase. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.
- We are not VAT registered, therefore prices shown do not include VAT, nor is VAT added at the checkout.

3. DISPATCH & DELIVERY
- After receiving cleared payment, orders are dispatched on Mondays to Fridays. The cut-off time for same day dispatch is 12:00noon Monday to Friday. We do not ship at Weekends or during UK Bank/Public Holidays.
- We do not offer guaranteed Next Day or Saturday delivery.
- We offer one delivery service - FAST AND TRACKED - for orders under £30 there is a flat rate of £3.95 per order. For orders over £30 Shipping is FREE. Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of an item being returned, unless it is faulty.
- We use the Royal Mail and a number of different UK Delivery Carriers to deliver your order, and we offer a Fast and Tracked Service. Items ordered by 12:00noon are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday. Under normal circumstances, after dispatch your order should take 1-3 working days to arrive with you. If you leave your contact details on the order information you will have access to tracking updates. Please note that the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey postcodes JE1-4, The Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take an extra day or two.
- All shipping times are approximate since we have no control over the package once it has left us. Please note also, that delivery times are only estimates and are measured from when we ship, not from when the Order is placed.
- Bear in mind that all services could take longer depending on your location in the UK. TRIBES AND VIBES cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery due including but not exclusively, the level of drivers/staff shortages in your area due to sickness, or weather/transportation / connectivity issues, busy times of the year such as Christmas, natural disasters, industrial disputes, civil disputes, Acts of God or war.
- If there are any access restrictions (eg flats, halls of residence etc.) which may prevent the driver/courier/postman making the delivery, the Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the necessary arrangements have been made to give unimpeded access for the delivery and for the package to be signed for where appropriate.
- SAFEPLACE - if your item is larger than letter box size or if there are access restrictions, please suggest a Safeplace in the comments box on your order, so that you won't miss a delivery.
- ORDER NOT RECEIVED: if your order has not been received within our suggested time limits, please contact us as soon as you suspect that your order has gone missing. We will not consider that an item is lost or delayed until 10 working days have elapsed from the date of shipping. When 10 working days have elapsed, if your order has still not been delivered, we will either refund your payment or send a replacement to you. Items that are reported as missing after 32 calendar days of the date of dispatch will not be considered eligible for refund or replacement.

4. ORDERING & CANCELLATION
- We process orders very quickly and if you wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, you have one hour after the order is placed. After that time the order cannot be cancelled or amended. You can use the Contact Us page on this website, or you can reply to the automated email that you will have received to confirm the order. Please check your spam folders if you cannot find it in your Inbox.
- Where an order is cancelled prior to being fulfilled, a refund will be made, less any charges made by PayPal or Stripe for the initial transaction fee to Tribes And Vibes.
- All purchases are covered under the Consumer Contract Regulations, which gives the Customer the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days (the cooling off period) after the order was placed, and return the items without delay at the Buyer's expense. In the event that you have changed your mind about your purchases and wish to return them Please contact us here.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Under the Consumer Contract Regulations it is your right to cancel an order (and return goods at your own expense) within 14 calendar days of ordering, this is known as the "cooling off" period. You must return the goods within the next 14 days of notifiying us of your intention to return them. In the event that you have changed your mind about your purchases and wish to return them please contact TRIBES AND VIBES in the first instance, and we will describe the returns procedure to you. If the item proves to be faulty, please contact TRIBES AND VIBES in the first instance. Initial Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement with us. Please contact us in the first instance to let us know that there is a problem with your order, and include photographic evidence where possible. We will give you instructions for returning the item(s). TRIBES AND VIBES will not accept responsibility for goods which are returned without prior arrangement, and are subsequently lost in transit.
- NON-DAMAGED ITEMS: it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify us in the first instance and return the item within 14 days - via Royal Mail Signed-For or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (online) Delivery services - and we will then refund the full amount (less the Shipping cost to the Buyer), providing the item is in the same condition, as when it was despatched by us, ie. unworn and with the immediate cellophane packaging / plastic packaging / lip cards in tact. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer if items are not damaged.
- DAMAGED ITEMS: it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify us in the first instance and provide photographic evidence where possible, and return the item within 30 days using a service that will will stipulate. When it is received, we will then refund the full amount of the cost of the item, less the initial shipping to the Buyer. In addition TRIBES AND VIBES will refund the Shipping costs incurred by the Buyer for returning the faulty item.
- EARRINGS are packaged in a plastic sleeve so that they can be inspected without opening the packaging. For reasons of Hygiene, we can only accept Earring returns if the plastic packaging remains unopened and are returned in that condition, or if they are damaged on arrival. You will need to return them to us within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for your payment and your return postage costs.
- Any unopened and unused item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made.
- The Buyer becomes the owner of the goods when they accept delivery, and will remain the owner of the goods until they are returned to TRIBES AND VIBES and a refund is issued. It is the Buyers responsibility to provide a secure and well-packaged return. Refunds cannot be given if the goods are not received at TRIBES AND VIBES. It is therefore in your own interest to return goods via Royal Mail's Signed-For or Tracked 48 (online) Services, so that the Royal mail can assist you with finding the pacakge if it goes missing in the post. Royal Mail's Signed-For service will add around £1.40 to the standard price of a 1st or 2nd class "large letter" stamp - it is not necessary to use the expensive Next Day Delivery service.
6. PRICES
- We are not VAT registered, therefore prices shown do not include VAT, nor is VAT added at the checkout.
- TRIBES AND VIBES reserves the right to increase the price of an item at any time without prior notice.
7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
- "Unique Items": these are one-off items, and you will receive the item that is featured. These items usually have a unique number in the title of the item, for example, "Fantastic Pendant, #1".
- "Example of Stock". These are stock items and the photos are examples of the stock that we hold. You will receive an item from the stock. Each Crystal Pendant / Pendulum / Tumblestone is made from polished, natural and unique Crystal - no two crystals are the same - the size, shape and patterns within the crystals will vary. Some Crystals are completely clear, and some have highly visible internal structures. We aim to be as consistent as possible in how we describe and represent them, and you will not be disappointed. If you are, we will make a full refund or replacement when the items are returned to us (see Returns).
- The 5p coin and ruler that you see beside most of the items are not included with the items. These are on the photo purely give you some idea of size.
- We try to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible to give you as much information as you need, and we use digital calipers to measure everything.
- You should also be aware that not all computer systems used for browsing the internet are of the same standard, and the resolution of each monitor will differ. Colour shades will vary depending on the technology that you are using to browse with. Video monitors can render colours differently from that of the original photography. We will include colour as part of our product description in order to clarify a colour, if we think it will help, but if you are in any doubt, please contact us, we are happy to answer your questions.
- There is no such thing as a "silly question" and we are all entitled to "senior moments" and "intellectual interludes"!
8. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
- Although the products sold on www.tribesandvibes.co.uk would be considered harmless by most people, we have no control over what you do with them or how you use them once you receive them. We therefore hereby specifically disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury or other negative consequence in whatever form, howsoever caused, which arises from the use (or indirect use) of any product advertised on, or supplied via the www.tribesandvibes.co.uk website.
- We have enjoyed the benefit of crystal healing, but any information on uses and properties included with the item description (which has been gathered from reputable sources, such as Judy Hall and Michael Gienger's books about crystal healing) do not, under any circumstances, constitute a claim on behalf of TRIBES AND VIBES.
- The information given is not intended to act as a substitute for medical treatment, nor will any guarantees be given for any spiritual or metaphysical qualities.
